Card Control

This feature is only available on the OCBC Digital app.

Step 1: Launch and login to OCBC Digital app

Step 2: Tap on the menu on the top left of the screen

Step 3: Tap on “Card services”

Step 4: Tap on “Replace card”

Step 5: Choose the card that you would like to replace

Step 6: Select a reason from the following and review your mailing address before submitting your request:

Alternatively, you can replace your credit card by:

Step 1: Tapping on “What you owe” after you login

Step 2: Select credit card

Step 3: Tap on “Manage your card”

Step 4: Tap on “Replace card” and follow the steps accordingly

You can replace your card via the OCBC Digital app between 6am to 9pm Singapore time daily. However, FRANK debit & credit card replacement is not available on Sundays and Public holidays.
